These terms apply to your use of pattyseventrentals.com, which is operated by Patty's Event Rentals, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the website or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. Please also read our privacy policy.
Using the website
You may use the website to learn about our rentals and to contact us. When you ask for a quote, please give accurate information. Don't use the website for anything unlawful, send spam, or try to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Who can book
You must be at least 18 years old to rent from us or sign a rental agreement.
Quotes are not bookings
Requesting a quote, by text, phone, email or Instagram message, does not reserve any items. Quotes depend on your date, location, items and setup needs. They are not binding offers, and we may correct errors before you book.
Your booking is confirmed only when you have a written rental agreement with us and we have received your deposit.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your rental agreement
Each rental is governed by its own written rental agreement. The agreement sets out the details of your rental, including payment, delivery, setup, pickup, cancellations and changes, and your responsibility for the items while they're in your care. If anything on this website conflicts with your rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
Listings, photos and availability
- We describe our items as accurately as we can, but photos and descriptions are for general guidance and actual items may vary slightly in appearance.
- Some photos show styling ideas or decor that isn't part of our inventory. Only the items in your quote and rental agreement are included.
- Some items we list aren't currently in our inventory. We may be able to source them for your date, but availability isn't guaranteed until it's confirmed in your quote and rental agreement.
- All items are subject to availability. Prices aren't listed on the website. Contact us for pricing.
Text messages and email
Quote and booking texts and marketing texts are separate, optional choices, and neither is a condition of getting a quote or renting from us. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your phone number and email.
Our content
The text, photos, logo and other content on this website belong to Patty's Event Rentals, LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Other websites
The website links to other sites, such as Google and Instagram. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patty's Event Rentals, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. These terms don't change the terms of any rental agreement, and they don't limit any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the website will be brought in the courts of Monroe County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
